Emilienne is a grandmother who lives alone with her 4 grandchildren. She is very grateful for the support of the Rwanda Community Development program, as she is now able to take care of her family after her daughter passed away. With the financial support, she even managed to upgrade the exterior wall of her house from mud to concrete. She is very proud to show it to you today.
