In order to be able to register your organisation as "compatible" with our ethical considerations and policy, we would like to check with you whether you meet the following selection criteria (a form will appear below if you have checked all):
Your organization is officially registered as a not-for-profit organization (NGO, association or foundation) with any surplus generated through operations utilized solely to help the organization fulfill its mission and objectives.
Your organization is implementing projects which directly benefit local populations, and which are in line with one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Your project(s) are on-going and you are able to show a track record of project implementation (annual reports, photos, testimonies of project participants...).
Your organization's headquarters are domiciled within one of the following countries and can provide tax deduction forms to residents from at least one of the countries below: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia Preview, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States or Romania.
Your organization counts at least three full-time staff or volunteers, including staff on the ground.
As a potential partner, you commit to a communication partnership (with an exchange of logos, links, newsletters) and to receiving occasional offers of services that meet your needs.
Your organization respects the religious freedom of others and works beyond borders of politics, religion, culture, race and ethnicity. Your organization is also committed to embracing anti-discrimination and inclusivity of all types of people or groups, regardless of background.
You commit to providing your donors coming from at least one of the countries mentioned above with any tax deduction receipts required.
If you decided to create a project page on the platform, you commit to giving accurate updates through posts about each of your projects (including photos and content) as well as informing ConnectAID’s members of any news, changes or important points of mention.
Your organization commits to mobilize and inform its existing network of ConnectAID as well as to invite them to join the viral Platform in order to increase the number of potential donors.
Your organization recognizes the following: It is not bankrupt or being wound up; It has not entered into an arrangement with creditors and has suspended business activities with entities that are in any analogous situations arising from a similar procedure under national laws and regulations; It is not present in any legal proceedings, or disputes or investigations by or with a regulatory body, contracting authority, criminal justice or fiscal agency; It has not been the subject of a conviction under domestic, or foreign law, or the subject of an investigation or corruption, fraud or money laundering. Your organization recognizes that the provision of false information will be due cause for removal as partner in the contracting process. As a potential Partner, you also acknowledge that in the event of suspected fraud, ConnectAID may request additional information and documents from you, as well as from your legal representatives.
